The power wrist straps with pin are determined for strengthening the handle at heavy tensile exercises and for exercises of abdominal muscles in hanging position on horizontal bar. The power wrist straps with pin are maximally suitable for exercises of the back, straightening up the body, back of thighs, exercises of abdomen. They are made from very quality and maximally strong non-skid string that is to be fastened with palm part of the hand by velcro. In palm part the string (having a pin at the end) is fastened asymmetrically with the wrist. The pin uses self-locking binding when inserting this pin into the palm behind the spar. In order that it may be unnecessary to strip off this power wrist straps from the hands when training, they are equipped by velcro on the palm side where the string with pin is to be fastened.
