The Centr Perform Series Rower is designed to deliver one of the most effective full-body cardio workouts possible from the comfort of your home. As the endurance-focused centerpiece of the Perform Series, this rowing machine combines commercial-grade durability, smooth air resistance, and advanced performance tracking to support users of all fitness levels — from beginners to serious athletes.
Engineered for complete body conditioning, the rower simultaneously engages the legs, back, core, and upper body while improving cardiovascular endurance. Its responsive air resistance fan system creates a natural rowing sensation that adjusts to your effort level — the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. With 10 adjustable resistance levels, users can easily tailor workouts for steady-state endurance training, high-intensity intervals, or recovery sessions.
The durable commercial-quality drive system features precision bearings and a heavy-duty pull chain for smooth and consistent performance during every session. A molded, thick padded PU foam seat enhances comfort during longer workouts, while the robust frame is built to withstand intensive daily use and supports users up to 160 kg (352 lbs).
The backlit LCD console provides real-time workout feedback, allowing users to track strokes per minute, pulse, time, watts, calories burned, pace, and distance with clarity and precision. Bluetooth wireless heart rate compatibility helps users optimize training intensity and monitor performance more accurately.
As part of the complete Centr connected fitness ecosystem, the rower also includes 30 days of guided training through Centr Coach, offering expert-led workouts designed specifically for your equipment and fitness goals.
