LOW ROW, LEVER SPORT
The Low Row is a movement that works the back muscles in the middle and upper part of the body. The low row exercise, which effectively works the wing muscles along with the back muscles, ensures that the back part is active at the maximum level.

- The people who is under 140 cm don’t use the machine
- Do not use the machine if the contact surfaces of machine are overheated, frozen, wet or visibly damaged.
- It is forbidden to get closer 2 meters of the user another person who is not exercising.
